Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior UX Designer to lead our user experience efforts and elevate our digital products to new heights. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be at the forefront of shaping user-centric design strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Job Responsibility
- Collaborate with Product Managers, other UX designers, and the Lead UX designer to gather user requirements, evaluate them, and identify key insights for enhancing the user experience.
- Transform concepts from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring a seamless transition from idea to implementation.
- Create comprehensive UX designs, including wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, information architecture, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct various user research activities, such as surveys, interviews, card sorting, and heuristic analysis, to gain valuable insights and validate design decisions.
- Thoroughly document the UX design process and align it with existing design trends and innovations.
- Collaborate with Visual Designers to ensure the visual design of the product complements and enhances the overall user experience
Qualification
Minimum education: Graduation Specialized training, certifications, and/or other special requirements: Certification in UX Preferred education: UX Design, Product Design, Human Psychology
Experience
Minimum experience. 5 Years
Preferred Experience. 5-8 Years
Knowledge and Competencies
Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and a track record of successfully delivering UX solutions.
