Job Requirements
- At least 5+ years of full life cycle US IT recruitment (FTE as well as contract/CTH) experience in an agency environment is needed. We want someone who can work independently from Step 1 of sourcing & recruiting all the way to close the deal and onboarding stage.
- Technology exposure: Someone who understands the technology (Infrastructure, SDLC, and techno-functional roles).
- Excellent communication skills Someone who can speak (as well as write) confidently and is not afraid to have conversations with the candidates and/or the managers (wherever needed). Someone with a neutral accent that the person on the other side of the phone can understand clearly.
- Commitment Someone who does not need to be pushed/reminded to do his/her daily work, we would need someone who knows what he/she is doing and even shares the ideas on the betterment of our process.
Additional Traits Required
- People who are not transactional but can be career advisors, travel agents, read between the lines when closing candidates.
- Sense of ownership towards work deliverables. We need them to be independent in applying their ability into day to day work to effectively and creatively sense and solve problems before they become an issue with minimal to no supervision.
- Sense of urgency (to meet the timelines).
Soft skills needed: Confident, Extroverted/Personable, Ability to build strong rapport and relationship with candidates. Commitment along with the ambition to grow, team player, multi-tasker, good listener.
