Sr. Unreal Game Developer

We are in search of Unreal Developers who will be responsible for handling all the Projects related to our Game Development on Unreal Platform. You will be responsible for managing and developing the projects and ensuring that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track with quality in the work. The person should be able to perform the assigned task for the game development with all the game mechanisms.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinating with the team to make sure that all the projects meet their deadlines, and Strong understanding of Client Requirements.

The Developer should keep a watch on the assigned junior developers.

Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.

Frequent communication with the Project Manager regarding the project updates a

Managing client satisfaction within the project transition period.

Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

The Developer should be able to perform the assigned task and manage the work within the timeline. and should be multitasking

The Developer should have a proper understanding of the project requirements before starting the work.

Maintenance of the daily work report and submitting that to the assigned team lead or Sr. Developer.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

A Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a related field.

Project Management skill is a big plus.

Knowledge and Understanding of multiplayer methodologies.

Organize and participate in client meetings and explain the code architecture to them.

Experience in monitoring the team's work time and timesheets daily.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

3+ years of proven experience in Game Development Unreal for Sr. Developer.

1-2 Years of experience as a Jr. Developer with the Unreal Game Engine.

Experience with Task Management Tools like ClickUp ZIRA, Trello, and Zoho Projects.

Experience as a Unity Developer and Project Manager (Game Development) would be a big plus for both requirements.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Understanding of SDLC

Experience with Mobile and Console Game Development would be a big plus.

Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.

Good Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.

Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.

Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, and SVN.

Office processes and procedures, strong organizational skills.

Research and data analysis skills.

Time management and planning skills
