We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centric interfaces and experiences, with proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and web development technologies such as HTML and CSS. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing products that meet our users needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:
- Create and refine user interfaces for web, desktop and mobile applications, ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Present and justify design decisions based on usability principles, user research, and best practices.
- User Research and Testing:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to inform design decisions and improvements.
- Front-End Development:
- Translate design concepts into functional front-end code using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI designs into the final product.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design and designing for various devices and platforms.
