Job Description

The Senior Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer interactions, and supporting the sales team. This role requires a proactive approach to engage potential clients, understand their needs, and offer appropriate IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our products, and a proven track record in sales or telemarketing.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling and other methods.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.
Customer Interaction: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide information about our IT solutions.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong follow-up schedule.
Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals.
Provide feedback to the sales and product teams based on customer interactions.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the IT sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with IT products and services.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and their benefits for businesses.

Pay: 14,
  • 41 - 25,000.00 per month
