We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Female Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT products and services over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients. Present and promote IT products and services to potential clients. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information. Follow up on leads and referrals generated from sales and marketing activities. Provide excellent customer service and support. Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and increase sales opportunities. Qualifications: Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn about IT products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. Proficient in English (both spoken and written). High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
