Responsible for the development, implementation, improvement, testing and support of Finance Systems and business solutions. Candidate will work as a key member of the ASPEN functional & technical team in support of the Lease Accounting Module. The Leasing custom solution is a sub-Ledger module based on the Oracle Applications R12 platform, conforms to the Devsecops Model and follows the Agile Development methodology. Must have the ability to coordinate, interact and work with various teams. This position involves client interaction and understanding of business process requirements.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Candidate will be part of an experienced Agile & DevSecOps application delivery team that will use a variety of programming languages and technologies to write code, complete design and documentation, and perform testing and debugging of applications for our business clients.
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts (BSA's) and Architects on the analysis, development, testing/debugging of software enhancements and/or new solutions
- Work with Developers to interpret/translate the functional requirements and support in technical design and Development.
- Participate in release testing, troubleshooting and defect resolution
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Production operations, maintenance and application support
- Interaction with client, team & users to define product vision, backlog and roadmap on a regular basis and able to perform all the necessary Agile scrum roles when required.
- May work across multiple internal and/or external organizations.
- Minimum 8 years of real work experience in developing and supporting Oracle Applications R12 software. Proven experience on full cycle implementations of Oracle R12 / EBIZ applications and/or custom solutions.

- Experience as a JAVA Developer (ideally Java Swing user interfaces)

- Linux/Unix shell scripting
- Comprehensive understanding of English with strong written and verbal communication skills are required

- Expertise in WebLogic and J2EE application
- Experience with Oracle SQL*Loader
- Working knowledge of LINUX

- BI Publisher

Education And Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical degree or equivalent technical experience
