Responsible for designing/architecting, coding and testing of the various components of mission critical applications. Must be vast in J2EE related technologies that include but not limited to core J2EE, web services, UI technologies that include but not limited to JSP, html5, CSS3, etc. Knowledge of DevSecOps and microservices technologies are pluses.
Roles And Responsibilities:
The incumbent will work as an integral part of an agile team to develop and maintain our mission critical applications, including architecting, design and coding. Will be required to adhere to the principles of scrum (honesty, openness, and transparency) in all work. Will be able to collaborate with other teams within and outside of the organization.
Candidate will work very closely with other architects/developers, Business System Analysts and Testers to ensure successful delivery. Candidate must have real work experience with the java applications using webservices (WebLogic). Mastery of various java technologies, webservices, Git, SoapUI, JSP. Microservices is a plus, and UI web development is a strong advantage. Understanding/hands-on knowledge of DevSecOps is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication is essential to be successful in this role.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with java development, including a solid foundation in UI and API development and configuration of webservices.
