Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and mature Senior Delivery Manager to lead our Consumer Products division, which focuses on delivering high-quality technology solutions to some of the most recognized American brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale application delivery projects that are currently in production, meeting stringent quality standards that match or exceed those expected in the USA. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, Expertise in Designing , Architecting Solutions, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the consumer products sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program & Project Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for American clients, managing expectations, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain best practices in software development and delivery, ensuring that all applications adhere to rigorous quality benchmarks.
  • Resource Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including software engineers, quality assurance specialists, and product managers, to optimize productivity and team performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to define project goals, set clear milestones, and develop risk mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets and financials, driving efficiency while maintaining a high quality of service.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the delivery process, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance business value for clients.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with C-level executives, product owners, and other key stakeholders in both India and the USA, ensuring alignment of goals and deliverables.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure that all projects comply with global security standards and data privacy regulations.

Technical Expertise :

  • Reactjs, Django, CMS, Shopiy, Cloud Deployment, Nextjs, Linux, AWS, PostgreSQL, Expertise in Designing and Architecting Solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in technology delivery, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing consumer products projects for American or global brands.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the consumer products industry, with experience in handling large-scale, customer-facing applications.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience in building and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams in a services company.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with software development frameworks, cloud technologies, and modern software architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs).
  • Process Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and other delivery methodologies. Hands-on experience with project management and version control tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git).
  • Quality Orientation: Demonstrated ability to maintain a high-quality delivery bar, with experience in automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Client Focus: Ability to understand and align with American clients business objectives, cultural expectations, and quality standards.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
