Key Responsibilities
Candidate will support the containerized applications running on Kubernetes, Dockers. Including some of the applications running on Apache and Java middleware technologies production environment by pro-actively monitoring and quickly responding to middleware incidents for one or more technologies within the technical area of expertise.
Frequently collaborate with vendor/contractor partners to develop and implement detailed design, configuration and engineering strategies/solutions to resolve issues/incidents while remaining focused on security, up-time and performance.
Provide troubleshooting and resolution to routine/semi-complex problems.
Required Qualifications:
Hands on experience on Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git, Shell scripts, AWS Cloud Administration, CloudFormation, Ansible, Python, Apache Tomcat
4-7 years of relevant exp. in EKS, Rancher, Lift and shift migration experience for Legacy apps to AWS cloud, Fargate/Serverless EKS profile setup
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in Kubernetes and Devops technologies like Jenkins/Git/Ansible
Experience in delivering technical solutions through both vendor/contractor and employee resources.
Executing in a DevOps model
Migration of data center functions to cloud
Experience in Performing deployments to multiple environments for applications hosted on Weblogic/Websphere app servers
Experience in setting up TWS domains and creating Job streams and Jobs for calendar run cycles
Experience in implementing Security Policies, Enable Security on components and SSL.
Experience in Pushing configurations and installations using ANSIBLE
