Job Description
- System Engineering : Provide production centric architectural and operational oversight for the development of new or enhanced services and/or products & deploy and support system monitoring tools to measure system performance & determine if it can effectively meet current needs and anticipate future needs with solid expertise in configuring and deploying Protegrity and Comforte Data Security tool kit.
- System design, performance and strategy : Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation. to Design and build strong Application and System monitoring and automated self-healing procedures
- System Monitoring tools: To provide expertise in operation, migration , configuration ,administration and integration of Zabbix with other tools to analyze data from various sources including network traffic, server logs and application logs Create benchmark reports and trends
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Development teams, QA / UAT engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvement to ensure optimal efficiency and experience to collaborate with a global team and work with attention to detail & multitask under tight deadlines
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and diagnose system requirements and incidents, providing timely solutions and collaborating with the team to prevent future occurrences and improve on any performance issues
Minimum Qualifications
- 7-8 years of experience in System Engineering with solid expertise analyzing and assessing System Engineering (SE) processes and identifying improvement areas basis Industry maturity standards such as ASPICE/
- Strong technical experience in product architecture and/or production IT environments to configure, deploy and support system monitoring tools to measure system performance & determine if it can effectively meet current needs and anticipate future needs with solid expertise in configuring and deploying Comforte Data Security tool kit.
- Strong experience with monitoring provisioning and configuration tools such as Comforte, Protegrity, and Ignio.
- Advance to expert knowledge required for the Zabbix , Grafana cloud , Ignio & Exposure to tools such as JIRA , PagerDuty, jasper , SolarWinds.
- Hands on knowledge in operation & migration , configuration ,administration and integration of Zabbix with other tools
- Deep expertise in Linux, UNIX, Windows and other open source systems from a configuration, performance management for a data center (Private Cloud) perspective
- Solid Unix shell scripting (BASH, KORN) expertise along with excellent Debugging, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with a global team and work with attention to detail & multitask under tight deadlines.
Highly Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in UPI, Retail Banking, Retail Payment, Merchants, card payments software solutions including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, JCB, etc will be a plus
- Work Experience in Agile Methodology would be preferable.

- BE, BTech Comp Science, BTech Electronics, BE / BTech IT, MSc Comp Sc, MCA
