Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Store Manager to oversee operations, manage client relationships, and drive business growth in the Bangalore area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business knowledge, client management, and stakeholder management. This role requires extensive travel, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities


  • Leverage in-depth understanding of industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned area to meet clients, manage operations, and support team members.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive results.
  • Use Excel and other data analysis tools to track performance metrics, analyze data, and generate insights.
  • Drive sales performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, with a focus on client management and business development.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Experience with sales management, KPI tracking, and SOP adherence.
