Designation - Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer(Steel)

Experience - 3 to 7 yrs

Location - Kharadi ,Pune

Job Desciption -

As discussed we require 2 engineer for mech engg with below mentioned skillset.

• Good in strength of materials concepts like Beam deflection, Trusses, Pinned columns and Buckling, Moment of Inertia, Section Modulus

Familiar with software like Risa-2D, Navisworks, BIM360, Maestro

• Make calculations about pressures, loads, and stresses.

Prepare reports, designs, and drawings.

• To work with the global stakeholders and accurately forecast future resource demands and competencies

for effective and seamless execution of global projects.

• Responsible for Automation design in adherence to global installation standards either with

global standard products and/or re-designing to suit customer's requirement.

• Ensure systems designed and supplied are compliant with applicable codes and standards.

Successfully deliver Mechanical design solutions in line with performance KPIs for quality, on-time delivery,

• and cost.

Focus on superior deliverables management including ensuring a right-first-time approach and a high degree

• of First Pass Yield

Review and confirm project solution and design hours estimates (in consultation with the Regional

• Engineering Managers)

Deliver continuous process improvements in efficiency. Assist with hiring, on-boarding and development of

• new hires

Deliver continuous process improvements in efficiency of the department.

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering) or equivalent

Post-Graduation in Engineering (MS / ME / M. Tech)
