Source resumes and build effective relationships with Stakeholders. Develop an understanding of the business needs and proactive sourcing strategies to identify the best talent available. Proficient with influencing the business with data through talent mapping.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing resumes from various Active and Passive resources.
- Working on talent insights and market intelligence.
- Relationship building and developing sourcing strategies with the recruiters and Hiring Leaders.
- Establish effective working relationships with professional organizations, internal HR and across the company to ensure adequate supply of qualified talent.
- Builds networks across HR and the company as an HR representative, through sourcing candidates, partnering with hiring leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 4 - 7 years of experience into Recruitment with a corporate or staffing organization.
- Should have of knowledge about Boolean search techniques.
- Focus on sourcing diverse talent pool and find creative ways to generate diverse talent pool globally
- Passionate and self-driven for diversity talent sourcing.
- Experience working on financial positions focusing on geographies like US/EMEA.
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills Preferred Skills social media hiring, Networking, Talent sourcing, Talent mapping.
- Must be proficient with MS PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Talent sourcing, Talent mapping
- Financial Industry experience.
- Workday (ATS) experience will be added as an advantage.
