- Help to define product strategy & roadmaps;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements within detailed user stories, ensuring the acceptance criteria are well-defined, complete, and testable;
- Actively contribute to the design and architecture of the system to meet the business needs;
- Engage in technical discovery with engineering teams to define user stories, requirements, and technical artifacts;
- Prioritize items in the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility;
- Work with the engineering team to plan and schedule releases, considering dependencies and resource availability;
- Act as the point of contact for the development team, answering questions, clarifying requirements, and providing guidance throughout the development process;
- Collaborate with QA resources to define testing strategies and ensure that the product meets quality standards;
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with cross-functional teams;
- Evaluate existing systems and processes, and propose enhancements or modifications using new technologies or innovative approaches;
- Coordinate feature development with other groups to ensure a seamless Digital Service experience for our customers;
- Work across time zones and geographies to support Vertiv s global business;

What will make you successful now:
Education :
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred;
Language skills :
- Business Level English Language Competency;
Experience:
- 5-10 years relevant experience in building enterprise level software
- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Technical Product Owner for Agile teams in a Software Development environment
Knowledge, skills and Abilities:
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality software solutions;
- Knowledge of Cloud based software architectures (Azure, AWS.), IoT/IIoT and containerization (Docker);
- Strong troubleshooting skills and problem analysis;
- Data center industry knowledge a plus;
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities;
- Proficient in system design tools and methodologies;
- Experience using product management tools and software (Rally, etc)
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams with an ability to translate business needs to technical solutions and vice versa.
