Ensure the best quality is maintained and deliver the infrastructure as a product for BlackLine
Work with the SRE team to implement an equivalent QE system to bring in the needed changes
Build and support continuous integration CI continuous delivery CD and continuous testing activities
Improves the BlackLine SaaS service experience by discovering and highlighting optimization opportunities with existing code or architectural design to address application availability performance observability efficiency and security challenges
Develops tools and systems to automate the identification analysis and remediation of application events infrastructure issues or requests
Build from scratchPOC tools and technologies to align with QE s vision
What Youll Bring: Education: B.tech/Masters degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or related disciplines
Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 5+yrs relevant testing experience from product company
- Experience testing in Google Cloud/AWS/Azure or similar cloud providers
- Strong experience in testing Infrastructure as code.
- Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous delivery, and related tools and technologies
- Experience with Containerization and docker-related technologies
- Experience with Kubernetes and related technologies
- Basic knowledge of Software programming in Object Oriented languages
- Strong working knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jenkins
- Exposure to Azure DevOps, proven track record and experience with support of Enterprise Azure SAAS (.Net applications) applications hosted in app service plans - Serverless App services and Function apps, Observability tools , Application insights, exposure to KQL
- New Relic with monitoring of Azure services. Scripting Python, PowerShell and Azure CLI, YAML
- FinTech or Financial services domain background.
