Sr. Software Engineer (SDE-2) - iOS Engineer (Native iOS/ Swift)

Position description:

We are seeking an iOS Engineer to join the Pluang team.

The iOS Engineer will play a crucial role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy products, prioritizing timely delivery. Proactively explore and adopt new technologies to enhance development processes. Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold software development standards to ensure quality and consistency.

What you will be doing:

• Work with cross-functional teams to build, test, and ship products, with a strong zest to deliver them on time.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Code reviews and ensuring adherence to software development standards

What you need to be successful:

• 3+ years of strong experience in Native iOS development with command on data structure and algorithms.
• SwiftUI, Swift, Git, MVVM
• Strong knowledge of iOS UI design guidelines, design patterns, best practices, iOS Framework, different versions of iOS, and on how to deal with different screen sizes.
• Proficient in Swift programming, Cocoa, Xcode, and iOS Apps architecture and implementation.
• Experience with Analytics, offline syncing, deep-linking, Notifications, Autolayout, Multithreading, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile development, Scrums, Continuous integration (CI-CD), and TDD processes.
• Knowledge of iOS debugging, unit-testing, memory, and performance optimization tools as well as experience with automated and manual testing platforms
• Experience in shipping applications through the App store, proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Ability to write efficient & clean code.
• Strong sense of ownership, able to meet deadlines and work in a time-bound environment.
• Good to have passion for investing.
