Sr. Software Engineer

What's the role

In this position you will work closely with project managers, data analysts and other developers in a fast paced environment including multiple platforms, architectures and technologies. Furthermore you will be involved in

• Agile development of software
• Continuous integration and automated testing of developed code
• Continuous integration and continuous delivery of systems and infrastructure
• Investigation and root cause analysis of software and system defects
• Deployment of production ready systems and infrastructure
• Monitoring of running processes to ensure proper functioning of software
• Working with end users and incorporating feedback into the product
• Provide rotational on-call support to the product.

Who are you

You are a self-motivated, creative and proactive individual with strong understanding of the software development processes and methodologies. In addition you should have:

• A bachelors degree and Strong programming skills with 4+ years of experience.
• Back-end development experience with Java, Spring boot, microservices, Good to have NodeJs & Python.
• Strong experience building and using REST API.
• Experience working with SQL database.
• Good in problem Solving skills.
• Experience running production service on cloud based environment, like AWS

This position is part of our HERE Billing, Accounting and Metrics team which is focused on delivering fully automated and accurate metric collection and billing system. Billing system includes, self-service for customer to manage their services and accounts, invoicing, license management and analytics.
