Sr. Software Engineer-GenAI

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer-GenAI to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of relevant experience and be passionate about developing innovative AI-based solutions to solve complex business problems. As a Sr. Software Engineer-GenAI, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms for our clients. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop data-driven solutions, and implement them in a production environment. The position is based in India and requires the ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for our clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Implement machine learning solutions in a production environment
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and AI
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 4-8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in machine learning and AI
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant tools and frameworks
• Experience with data analysis, data wrangling, and data visualization
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus
