Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Create, curate, and oversee high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for various social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver visually appealing and impactful campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering a positive and engaging online community.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and adherence to budget constraints.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of social media initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and other teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior social media team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in social media management.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and similar platforms.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
