osition Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to lead our social media strategies and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness and engagement.
Strategy Development and Execution:- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
Content Creation and Management:- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.- Collaborate with the creative team to produce multimedia content (images, videos, infographics).
Community Engagement:- Foster and grow online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and participating in relevant conversations.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply knowledge to improve the company's social media presence.Analytics and Reporting:
Use social media analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze performance metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media activity, performance, and ROI.
Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with marketing, PR, and product teams to support cross-functional campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior social media team members.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends.Brand Advocacy:
Act as a brand advocate and ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages.
- Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to amplify the company's reach.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
