Job Role: ServiceNow ITSM Senior Developer
Required Experience: 5 to 8 years
Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Pune (Work from Office)
Notice Period: Immediate
Budget: Upto
- 6 LPA per month based on years of Experiance
Shift Timings: UK Time (2:00 PM IST to 11:10 PM IST)
Background Verification Mandatory
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CAD
Responsibilities
Ensure we have a stable and secure ServiceNow platform.
Contribute to developer tasks, ServiceNow support and sparring with process managers and stakeholders.
Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge on standard IT technologies and 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.
Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
Monitor day to day technical tasks to deliver them on time.
Technical Skills required:
Development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and customizations to meet business requirements.
Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ITSM and CMDB applications.
Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
Implementing of Workspaces.
Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
ITSM Implementation knowledge- Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service portal and Service Catalog.
