Crafting and implementing advanced SEO strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience. This includes keyword research, competitor analysis, and understanding market trends.
Ensuring the website is optimized for search engines, including site speed optimization, mobile optimization, and addressing crawl errors.
Collaborating with content teams to guide content creation that is SEO-friendly and aligns with user intent.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyzing data from various SEO tools and Google Analytics to report on performance and make informed decisions.
- Team Leadership and Training:
Leading and mentoring junior team members, and staying updated with the latest SEO trends and practices.
Collaborating with various departments like marketing, sales, and IT to ensure SEO strategies are integrated into broader marketing campaigns.
Developing and executing link-building strategies.
Optimizing local SEO efforts for businesses focusing on local markets.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-8 years in SEO, with a proven track record of successful SEO strategies and campaigns.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using SEO tools (like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Google Analytics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing SEO landscapes and algorithm updates.
