About Role:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using the Robot Framework and Python to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Work closely with the development and product teams to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and build effective test plans.
- Use Python and PyCharm to create, maintain, and execute automation scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate bug fixes.
- Implement and enhance test frameworks and infrastructure to improve test automation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct code reviews, collaborate on code quality and best practices, and mentor junior team members in test automation.
- Perform integration, end-to-end, and exploratory testing to ensure the highest quality of the product.
- Continuously monitor and analyze test results, provide feedback, and collaborate with the team to address any issues promptly.
- Stay current with emerging test automation trends, tools, and best practices, and advocate for their adoption.
About You:
- 4+ years in software testing as an SDET or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework and Python for automated testing.
- Proficiency in Python for test scripting and automation, with experience using PyCharm IDE.
- Solid understanding of test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
