Job Description:
We are looking for a Team Lead / Module Lead who is visionary, customer focused, and outcome driven.
The primary objectives involve creating, launching, and maintaining systems and capabilities that support our Enterprise-wide use of Salesforce.
This role will require extensive interaction and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support and IT teams. You will work with program managers, end users and other developers to create innovative and creative solutions to solve operational problems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the force.com platform, leveraging design patterns (standards solution specific).
Provide the design and estimation for the requirement with defined process and qualityBuild, mentor, train, lead teamsConform to software development lifecycle processes and force.com configuration best practices during implementation.
Partner with functional teams through all phases, independent of the delivery methodology chosenSupport business development and pre-sales during bids and pursuits; understand business requirements and issues;
develop demos and winning solutions to help customers to meet their business objectivesProactively communicate with internal teams and clients regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutionsEngage client;
participate in process flow analysis and designDemonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to deliver solutions on the force.com platform in compliance with the best practices
Required Skills:
10+ years of software development and 4 /5 year of Salesforce application development Salesforce Lightning.
Extensive experience developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components in Java Script within the Aura framework Lightning (AURA/LWC min 2+ years of Project experience)Integration (at least in REST API) experience in Projects, experience in developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud / Experience cloud experience Salesforce Governor limits, limit monitoring, best-practices for limit-informed development and security best practices
Experience on deployment through changesets , Metadata, ANT based tools , experience in using git or similar tools for code managementGood communication skills (esp Verbal)Self-motivated and creative, ability to mentor and coach & lead small technical team with proper guidance.
Good attitude towards upskilling in new areas of SF platform
Ability to understand business requirements, design and develop solutions within agreed timeline
Qualification:
Bachelors/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience
