- We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Service Engineer to join our team
- The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing technical support to our clients
- This role requires a combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients and markets to generate new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, actively pursuing leads and converting them into customers
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our products and services
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their inquiries and providing ongoing support
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, resolving technical issues and answering questions about products
- Conduct on-site visits to customer locations for consultations, product installations, and service demonstrations
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors activities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products and services
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales
- Continuously assess and improve the customer experience and satisfaction
- Participate in product development discussions by providing customer feedback and insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Technical background is preferred
- Proven experience in technical sales, field service, or a related role
- Strong understanding of technical products, systems, and solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required
Preferred:
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, industrial equipment, technology, or engineering services
- Familiarity with consultative selling techniques
- Previous experience in a combined sales and technical support role
Technical diploma or degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field). Note: Has minimum experince above 2 years .
