Job Role : Regional Sales & Service Engineer
Location : Mumbai , Pune , Gujrat , Delhi , Bangalore
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Sales & Service Engineer. The Sr. Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair. The role will involve providing support to customers, conducting site visits, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, providing them with comprehensive product information and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Service:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for burner systems and combustion control equipment.
- Conduct on-site installations, commissioning, and maintenance of products.
- Train customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance services.
Customer Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, service visits, and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and service activities.
Key Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and service within the burner manufacturing or combustion control systems industry.
