SCOTTLUMIN-KYK is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officers to join our premium product sales team. You will be responsible for selling high-end KYK Hydrogen Water Generators and Alkaline Water Ionizers to High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) in the upper and upper-middle classes. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Management: Build and manage a list of 200 prospects, segregating them into Hot, Warm, and Cold categories. The list must include a minimum of 50 well-known contacts and 150+ additional contacts.
- Presentations: Conduct a minimum of 6 B2C presentations daily, each lasting 30-45 minutes, with pre-scheduled prospects. Ensure that due diligence (Know Your Prospect) is completed before each meeting.
- Follow-Ups: Perform 3-6 follow-ups with prospects after presentations to drive towards closing the sale.
- Reporting: Submit daily activity reports through CRM software or Google Sheets, documenting all meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Sales Targets: Achieve weekly targets of 25 direct meetings and monthly targets of 100 meetings to qualify for salary and benefits.
- Reference Collection: Collect 5-8 quality references from each prospect's circle after presentations.
- Meetings: Attend a mandatory 1-hour morning meeting every Monday at 7 AM with your reporting manager to review progress and plan for the week.
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in premium product sales to HNI customers.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and manage relationships with high-profile clients.
- Tools: Must own a two-wheeler and a laptop/tablet.
- Availability: Flexibility to work full-time and attend weekly early morning meetings.
