Job Description

Job Description: Real Estate Channel Sales Representative (Builder Firm)

As a Real Estate Channel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales through various channels within the real estate industry. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, developers, and other industry professionals to promote and sell real estate properties. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Key Responsibilities:

Identify and establish relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, developers, and other relevant industry stakeholders.

Explore new channels and opportunities for sales growth within the real estate sector.

Build a network of contacts and partnerships to expand the reach of the company's real estate offerings.
  • Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to fine-tune sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.

Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the company's real estate portfolio, including property features, pricing, and availability.

Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and competitive developments affecting the real estate sector.

Educate clients and partners on the benefits and value propositions of the company's real estate offerings.
  • Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Valid driver's license and access to transportation for client visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,
  • 00 - 80,000.00 per month
