About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bridge Construction Equipment Business Developer to join our growing team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the Indian market. You will work closely with our team of Italian engineers and sales representatives to ensure that we are providing our customers with the best possible solutions for their bridge construction needs.
Responsibilities :- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Indian bridge construction market
- Develop and execute sales strategies for new and existing customers
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and prospects
- Negotiate and close deals
- Manage and track sales pipeline
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Deal with Italian headquarters to define the opportunities to follow and the related strategy
Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success
- Experience in the bridge construction equipment industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of the Indian bridge construction market
- Ability to work in an international environment dealing with both Italian and Indian people
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience: Between 15 -20 years roughly .
Location : To be based at Mumbai
Age: Within 45 years
Compensation : As per the industry standard , depending on the quality of the candidate .
