A Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for interacting with potential clients, maintaining a database of leads, and providing customer support. They will be responsible for keeping track of all the calls made and generating reports for management.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Achieving monthly targets of calls, follow-ups, site visits and deals assigned to them.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and sharing valuable insights about our company services.
Maintain a database of company leads, including contact information, call history, and potential interest level etc.
Follow up on leads regularly to grab their interest in the company's services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Provide customer support and solve the queries of potential clients about the company's services.
Keep track of all calls made and ensure that all information is accurate and up to mark.
Generate reports of productive leads, the success rate of calls, and other relevant metrics for the management.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all leads are properly followed and that sale goals are met or exceeded.
Conducting site visit, attending field activities and trainings whenever required.
Ensure to maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with potential clients.
Min. 5 years of experience in real estate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Basic knowledge of real estate industry and sales processes.
