Job Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Executive to join our team at WALLOP ADVERTISING PRIVATE LIMITED. As the Sr. Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, with occasional travel to other cities where we operate. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be based on your experience and performance. WALLOP ADVERTISING PRIVATE LIMITED has a dynamic and fast-paced work environment and an employee count of 11-50.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Knowledge of the advertising industry and current market trends
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
Setting up meetings with potential clients to present proposals and address their concerns.
Attending sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as required.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate Client needs
Manage sales strategy, execution, and results
Provide leadership and support to Sales managers
Meets and exceeds sales objectives
Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Track sales leads in Salesforce, and view key sales information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
