Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for projects within the designated area.
Establish and maintain relationships with key dealer, distributors, clients, architects, and contractors. Coordinate with office to ensure seamless project execution from sales to completion.
Oversee project bids, negotiations, and contracts in collaboration with the sales teams. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
Keep abreast of industry developments and changes, adapting sales strategies accordingly. Provide regular sales reports, updates, and progress summaries to senior management.
Adaptability to changing market conditions and project requirements. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
