Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to convert leads generated through Facebook, LinkedIn, or by telecallers into successful sales over telephonic or video calls (Google Meet or Zoom).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and nurture leads via Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Work on leads generated through social media and telecallers.
- Conduct telephonic calls or video calls to engage with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
- Create reels or short videos of the companys products or services to attract potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals.
- Provide regular feedback on lead quality and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, especially in converting leads over telephonic and video calls.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Meet, and Zoom.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
