  • Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Premium Account Executive to join our sales team. As a Premium Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business needs, and propose solutions that align with their goals. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of premium accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients at the executive and decision-making levels.
  • Understand client needs and objectives; propose tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (such as sales support, product development, and marketing) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, with a track record of successfully managing premium accounts and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
