Develop and implement sales strategy, report sales metrics & manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
- Generating new business opportunities by emails, cold calling, LinkedIn campaigns and social media platforms.
- Ensure the best relationships with the existing and new Channel Partners.
- Responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top-quality prospects.
- Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities.
- Responsible for closing inbound leads generated through online marketing campaigns.
- In order to close the sales, take complete ownership of providing the right solution to the Clients & Achieve a high lead to conversion rate.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
- Ensure delivery Most importantly, take ownership and deliver 100% of your sales target without giving any reasons or blaming external circumstances.
- Manage the sales team & will perform managerial duties to meet the company s operations goals.
- Regularly evaluate team performance, identify gaps, and plan training to improve performance and achieve desired results
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any stream or equivalent.
- 7+ Years of relevant experience in Sales.
- Ability to drive and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ability to construct win-win deals for company.
- should have strong interpersonal, leadership & communication skills.
