Sr. Sales Executive/Assistant manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.

Job Location: Noida & Punjab

Responsibilities & Skills

• Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
• Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities (Techno-Commercial)
• Develop annual sales strategy and goals
• Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
• Collaborate with sales leaders
• Understand the requirement of Client on-site and do sales.
• Responsible for guiding sales representatives and ensuring sales targets are met
• Mapping of competitors and understanding client's requirements.
• End to End Sales
• Good in communication and convincing the concerned people.
• Connecting to Builders, Contractors and Architects
• B2B/Project sales Mandatory
• Cultivating solid relationships with major customers.
• Local Languages( Eg. If in Punjab- Punjabi is mandatory)

Education:

MBA/BTech
