Responsibilities- Acquire new clients for instrumentation products such as pressure gauges, temperature gauges, flow meters, level sensors, thermocouples, transmitters, Cleanroom instruments ,HVAC, and BMS systems etc.
Build long-term client relationships with consultants ,contractors , end users and resolve concerns.- Prepare on time quotations and proposals.
Monitor competitor products and develop new strategies
- Direct sales to consultants and clients in Automation (Process/OEM/HVAC/BMS), Pharmaceutical, and OEM segments.
Attend exhibitions and marketing events.- Submit regular customer visit plans; schedule daily client meetings and action plans for follow-up.
Use effective negotiation strategies to reach beneficial agreements with clients.
- Close deals in a way that aligns with Omicron's business goals and ensures customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in engineering ,Instrumentation or a related field.
- Technical ability to explain product functions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Expertise in business development and territory management.
Ability to develop client relationships and respond promptly.
