About the Role:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Sales Engineer (Industrial Lubricant) located in Delhi NCR, Gurugram , Faridabad, Rudrapur India. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical support, sales, and customer service for industrial lubricant products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting technical presentations and demonstrations, providing on-site assistance to customers, managing sales accounts, and resolving customer issues, Developing Dealer Network in Respective Areas.
Required Skills:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for metalworking fluids within the assigned territory or market segment.
2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential customers, including manufacturers, machine shops, and industrial facilities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact for technical support, product inquiries, and problem-solving.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, technical support, and marketing, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with customer needs and market trends.
5. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of our metalworking fluid solutions.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements related to metalworking fluids, and leverage this knowledge to position our products effectively.
7. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
8. Monitor sales performance metrics, track customer feedback, and provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, market trends, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
2. Proven track record of successful sales experience in the metalworking fluids industry or related technical sales role.
3. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of metalworking processes, machining operations, and industrial fluid systems.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Pay range and compensation package:
4 LPA to 10 LPA
