CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Qualified and experienced techno commercial person with excellent understanding and knowledge of the market for electrical components and products for medium and heavy applications
• Self driven, dynamic sales professional with good understanding of market dynamics in a competitive environment;
• Degree / Diploma Engineer or any Science Graduate having 5-10 years experience in Sales & Marketing of Capacitors, Panels, Switchgears or Power Distribution Components or any other industrial electrical products
• Must have good contacts with corporates/ OEMs, EPC cos., consultants, electrical contractors
• Should also have good trade relations with dealers/ trade channels

Candidates with only tendering / inside sales experience will not fit the requirement

KRAs :

• In charge of sales for respective states / territories
• Will independently handle industrial business and strengthen Power Quality business dealer network
• Develop & increase the co.s market presence through constant market visits, mailers, participation in trade exhibitions, etc
• Devise ways to improve the cos. brand presence among the trade
• Will handle B2B as well as channel business
