BE in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering- 12-15 years in sales, preferably in thermal engineering solutions
Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
Familiarity with search engine tools- Proficiency in computer and office software
Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets for thermal engineering solutions.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure performance excellence and alignment with organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.- Collaborate with the technical team to create proposals and presentations that communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective messaging and positioning strategies for thermal engineering solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and safeguarding company interests.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
