The Haveli, built around 200 years ago, is now a boutique hotel and restaurant with 14 guest rooms named after the Gates or Markets of Old Delhi. The Restaurant Lakhori showcases the historic Lakhori Bricks, a key construction material in the Mughal period.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Reservations Executive at Haveli Dharampura in Delhi, India. The Sr Reservations Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer satisfaction, reservations, customer service, and sales within the hotel.
Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of hospitality industry software and tools
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
