GRG Health is working on developing machine learning models that can be implemented in traditional insights gathering and analytics approach. Our dedicated teams of data scientists are working with a few clients on pilot run of our AI engine.

Job Specification:

Qualifications: Bachelor/master's degree in Life Science or MBA (Healthcare)

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Probation: 3 Months

Bond : 1 year (for Sr. Research analyst role)

Responsibilities

Train new joinees for qualitative and quantitative studies

Moderate qualitative and quantitative interviews with professionals across the globe via phone.

Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsible for quality check of client deliverables

Make and execute project plans, project scope and objectives.

Handle end to end project management. Engage with clients and share regular project updates.

Ensure quotas and logic checks are consistently mapped throughout the project.

Manage fieldwork. Ensure team achieves the set targets.

Coordinate with functional departments

Ensure the team adheres to targets and timelines.

Ensure set processes are being followed.

Qualifications

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to interpret data and multitask.

Mastery over Market Research methodologies (Secondary & Primary)

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Ability to individually manage a small group of people.

Eye for detail (Sync and Logic)

Ability to Qc transcripts within stipulated timeframe

Excellent at client communication and servicing

Ability to oversee multiple projects at a time.
