Position: Senior Recruitment Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Recruitment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing positions in the automobile and manufacturing industries, including roles in sales, technical, and R&D functions. This role requires a proactive approach in building relationships with client HR teams and a deep understanding of companies in the NCR and Haryana regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Management:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across the automobile and manufacturing industries.
- Close positions in various functions such as sales, technical, and R&D roles efficiently and within set timelines.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruitment team to achieve targets set by management.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their recruitment skills.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with client HR teams to understand their recruitment needs and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Market Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of companies in the NCR and Haryana regions, especially within the automobile and manufacturing sectors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide clients with valuable insights.
Performance Reporting:
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Proactive Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting, to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future recruitment needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the automobile and manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record of closing positions across various functions, including sales, technical, and R&D roles.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the NCR and Haryana regions business landscape, particularly within the automobile and manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with industry-specific recruitment challenges and solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
