Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Recruitment Associate to join our HR team on an immediate basis. You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent to support our company's growth and success. This position is pivotal in shaping the workforce that drives our mission to deliver exceptional IT solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Identification and Acquisition:
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber IT professionals.
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
2. Collaboration with business leads:
Work closely with business leads to understand their staffing needs, team dynamics, and technical requirements.
Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, market trends, and best practices to optimize the recruitment process.
3. Employer Branding:
Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Plan effective strategies to attract good talent
4. Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment efforts.
Prepare regular reports and insights for the leadership team to drive data-driven decisionmaking in talent acquisition strategies and resource allocation.
5. Candidate Assessment and Selection:
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the team.
Coordinate and facilitate candidate feedback sessions with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate selection.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Proven experience between 2-3 years as a Sourcing/TA Specialist in the IT industry, ideally within a consulting or services-oriented organization.
In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
