Highly seasoned experienced Senior Recruiter (Preferably 5+ Years) with a proven track record in talent acquisition and team leadership.
Ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier candidates across various roles.
In addition to individual contributor responsibilities, this role will also involve leading and mentoring a team of recruiters to achieve departmental goals.

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple requisitions across different departments and levels.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, priorities, and preferences.
Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes, optimize tools and technologies, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Act as a subject matter expert in recruitment best practices, market trends, and industry benchmarks, providing guidance and training to junior team members.
Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to track recruitment metrics, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to enhance the skills and professional development of team members.
Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to promote employer brand and attract top talent.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, innovations, and technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition, incorporating relevant strategies and tools into recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of four years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on high-volume and/or specialized hiring.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various functions and levels.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a team of recruiters.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR tools and technologies.
Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SPHR, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
