Negotiating compensation to close a candidate.- Work in a Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, screening, negotiation, and resume formatting.
Sourcing profiles through Job Portals, Networking, Headhunting & Social Networking Sites.
- Screening & short-listing suitable profiles against the requirement
* Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database
- Good Communication skills
