Job Description:
Understand client requisitions and identify potential candidates from the available sources- Internal Database Job boards, Social Media, Headhunting Extra many more
Proven work experience as a IT Or Non IT Recruiter.
Manage End to End recruitment Performing reference and background checks Teams or Google Meet interviews to validate candidates IDs.
Should possess excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
Agile and fast decision makers to deliver quality in the dynamic nature of Staffing business Target oriented and have a Go- better attitude Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.
Should be able to work with a team.
