Sr. ReactJS Developer (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain highly responsive and interactive user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver robust and scalable applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues as they arise.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve development skills.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Extensive experience with ReactJS, including hooks, Redux (or similar state management libraries), and component-based architecture.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
• Proficiency in responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of TypeScript and server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js).
• Experience with testing frameworks, such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools like JIRA or Trello.
