Job Descripton of Sr. R & D Engineer :Should be well versed with software integrations, product development.
Circuit designs, validation, from proto-production.
Should be able to include design modifications in product as per product behaviour feedback as per market conditions.
Should have experience into development for electronic component or semiconductors preferable into distribution domain.
Well versed in automotive processes such as multiplexing LIN/Can, BLDC motor controller, sensor, module. CDI, RR Unit, Digital Clusters.
Hands on ARM based 32 bit controllers of various platforms like ST, Renesas, NXP etc.
Communication Skills: Must have excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English.
6 -8 years of experience in Power Electronics with in depth knowledge in AC DC , Converters, SMPS, Battery chargers, etc., with rating of 2000W, 3000W, on board EV chargers ranging upto 7kw.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's degree preferred.
Must have a demonstrated ability to effectively and clearly communicate concepts, ideas and knowledge to other individuals and teams.
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as a good background in the product development process.
Extensive knowledge and proven track record of AC DC , Converters, SMPS, Battery chargersCatheter design, Manufacturing process skills and rapid product development.
Experience in Power Electronics with in depth knowledge in AC DC , Converters, SMPS, Battery chargers, etc., with rating of 2000W, 3000W, on board EV chargers ranging upto 7kw.design control, and manufacturing scale-up processes.
